Component 3 comprises technical support to SHUWASA, focussing on Project Management, Finance, Sanitation, O&M, GIS, NRW and institutional strengthening. SETEC provides its expertise in the fields of O&M and NRW. 

• Preparation and implementation of a NRW and Leak Detection Programme
• Assistance in procurement, installation and training on NRW and O&M equipment
• Organizational review of SHUWASA
• Assistance in setting up and operation of a cross department task force for collection improvement in close cooperation withthe financial and commercial experts
• Review of Information system and work order system 
• Asset information / GIS
• Optimization of Network Operation 
• Training of Trainers: comprehensive training in improved O&M, network digitalization, pressure optimization, network zoning, network maintenance management system and NRW reduction.
