1966
Establishment of the company SEBA Messtechnik with specialization in leak detection and measurement technology.
1999
SEBA Messtechnik is taken over by the company H.P. Gauff Ingenieure and is relaunched as SETEC Engineering.
SETEC develops a universal service package which it offers to water suppliers locally and worldwide.
2020
DAHLEM Beratende Ingenieure GmbH & Co. Wasserwirtschaft takes over SETEC Engineering together with SETEC's managing directors. SETEC expands its field of activities to include sewage and waste disposal.
2026
As part of the management succession plan, Michael Maier took over from Gerhard Zimmerl as Managing Director at the beginning of 2026, following Mr. Zimmerl's retirement at the end of 2025.
SETEC Engineering looks back on more than 30 years of experience as a service provider in the water sector and in international consulting. Over 100 projects have been carried out in more than 50 countries worldwide.
