Activities Phase 1:

• Evaluation of the infrastructure of the water supply system (sewage treatment plant, pumping stations, reservoirs, gate valves)
• Water demand analysis and preview
• Hydraulic calculation and calibration, training of waterworks staff in the use of NESEI software, GIS and mapping
• Design, tendering, construction supervision for the investment measures of phase 1:
  Mitrovica South: third zone, supplemented 2 DMA's
  Mitrovica North: Repairing pipelines, upgrading pumping station
  Skenderaj: Telemetry bulk water meter

Activities Phase 2:

• Upgrading and repair of the existing water network focuses on pumping and energy optimisation,
• Water loss reduction and the establishment of additional measuring zones (DMAs)
• Optimisation of pumping/energy efficiency
