Water Loss Reduction Performance Based Contract in Accra East Region

The project aims to reduce water losses in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area by 23,000m³/day by June 2025 and thereafter maintain economic water loss levels. This will be achieved by establishing DMAs, leak detection activities and leak repair in the project regions. In addition, training and knowledge transfer as well as the supply of equipment to the Ghana Water Company will be instrumental in achieving the goal of maintaining acceptable water loss levels.
