Municipal Infrastructure I & II – Gjirokastra, Fier, Lezha, Saranda

Detailed design, preparation of tender documents, assistance in the tendering process, preparation of contracts and site supervision in four Albanian cities (Gjirokastra, Fier, Lezha, Saranda).

Activities:

• Hydraulic calculations of the water supply system.
• Design and tendering according to FIDIC (Red Book): operational buildings, rehabilitation and extension of the water supply network, boreholes / wellfield, new pumping stations including mechanical and electrical equipment, water storage, replacement / installation of 11,500 water meters, SCADA and telemetry system, rehabilitation of the main collector.
• Construction supervision and acceptance.
